The Lifespan Center is owned by the Federal Government and maintained by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  The primary purpose of the Lifespan Center is to provide quality childcare to employees of EPA and to other Federal employees.  Children of Federal employees receive priority for admission, and Federal employees receive a 10% discount on tuition.

The facility is conveniently located on the campus of the U.S. EPA at 960 College Station Road.
